Cancellation Policy – ​​Sakalava Lodge Booking

Payment of any deposit constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and in particular the cancellation policy. By paying a deposit, the customer acknowledges having read these conditions and accepts them without reservation.

Any cancellation of stay must be notified in writing (email or WhatsApp).

Any cancellation of stay must be notified in writing (email or WhatsApp).

  • More than 60 days before the arrival date : no penalty, the sums paid are refunded.
  • Between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date : 50% of the total cost of the stay remains due.
  • Less than 30 days before the arrival date : 100% of the total cost of the stay remains due.

Special conditions for groups of 5 or more people:

Due to the limited capacity of our establishment and the blocking of a significant number of bungalows, any cancellation, modification or reduction in the number of participants occurring 45 days or less before the arrival date will result in the requirement to pay 100% of the total amount of the stay originally booked , even in the case of partial cancellation of the group.

We strongly recommend that all our clients purchase travel insurance covering cancellation fees.
