Between the Airush and Naish Expert ranges, our center boasts over 100 2026 and 2027 kites. Few kitesurfing schools offer top-of-the-line, current-year equipment for rent. At Sakalava Lodge, you have the choice between our Airush range (Lithium X, Lithium, Ultra, Session, and Lift), included in all packages, and the 2027 Naish Expert [Q] range: the high-end version of each Naish kite, designed for experienced riders.

The Naish [Q]Series 2027 kites
Note the difference: Naish offers its kites in a standard version and in the [Q]Series , the top-of-the-range version. Our entire Expert range is [Q]Series, constructed from Quad-Tex, Naish's stiffest and most durable fabric: a kite that maintains its profile, with greater bar precision and durability suited to the strong winds of Sakalava Bay.

Which kite is best for Sakalava Bay?
With winds of 25 to 35 knots for much of the season, kites in the 5 to 10 m² range are the most popular. The lagoon offers flat water for freestyle and big air, while the reef provides waves just a few tacks from the lodge.

Rental of the Expert range
Who can rent the Expert range?
The Expert range is reserved for independent riders using equipment rental packages. All our customers, whether taking lessons, courses, or renting equipment, have access to the Airush range (Lithium X, Lithium, Ultra, Session, and Lift), which is included in their packages.
How much does the Expert range cost?
The supplement is €100 per week, in addition to your all-inclusive stay. It gives you access to Naish 2027 kites, bars and surfboards.
Can I change the model or size during my stay?
Yes. Depending on the wind and your preferences, you can switch from a Pivot to a Psycho, or from a wave kite to a light wind kite, directly in the center.
Is the equipment really from this year?
Yes: the entire Expert range is Naish 2027, kites, bars and surfboards, and all kites are in [Q]Series version, the top of the Naish range.
